My boyfriend uses these and raves about how convenient they have been. He uses them for sleep and for sports!

My son loves these underwear. They hold his pump in place. It is more comfortable to sleep and shipping was on time. I can’t say enough about this company it’s terrific.

Great for diabetics that know the pain of carrying equipment in pockets works great for omnipod Pdm as well

Never realised many others face the same issues I do everyday. Then once I found this company, I had to try them for myself. Works perfect and hold my tslim nicely. Only thing i would suggest is making boxers alittle longer. I am 6'7 so it might just be me, but other than that they fit perfect! Will definitely be ordering more

I've spent years trying different options for pocket boxers, compression shorts with pockets, waistbands, pouches, you name it. Nothing has come close to the comfort, convenience and overall quality of these boxers. I've now ordered three 3-packs and am replacing all of my boxers with these. Thank you for creating something that actually works perfectly for people with pumps!

I've been looking for a way to keep my T-Slim X2 tight to my body and out of the way. These briefs are proving to be a nice option. The fit is fair to the advertised size, and these are quite comfortable. I use the Android app to drive the pump for boluses. Obviously all other interactions require I pull the pump out.

Every pump wearing needs these. Excellent materials and makes the pump unnoticeable!

The fit and materials are amazing Having two pockets that hold my pump are incredible. No more pump falling off my belt and pulling out Can’t recommend these enough!
